Using The Herpes Virus To Combat Neuropathic Pain

Today's post from hellolife.net (see link below) is one of those posts that throws up more questions than answers. It talks about using a form of the herpes virus  to carry the gene responsible for creating enkephalin, which is a natural painkiller. We really need to know a lot more about how far this research and testing has gone and if there are any signs of success so far. If anyone knows more, please let us know.
