Foot massage for neuropathy
These two videos are a follow up to yesterday's post about caring for the feet. You may need to ignore the corny background music and the slightly New Age feel, because the techniques you see here are perfect for neuropathic feet.

I have severe neuropathy pain in both feet and the only tiny bit of relief I get is by getting foot massages. My children due it at bedtime and I also go to a professional masseusse for 1/2 hour massages
