Exercises for Neuropathy

Today's Youtube video is a helpful one for people having trouble exercising normally. Although we all know how hard it can be sometimes, to do any sort of physical exercise with neuropathy, it's essential that we try our best, to help our cardio-vascular, muscular and respiratory systems maintain at least a semblance of normality. The exercises shown here are simple and within most people's capabilities. People with balance issues should ensure that they have some sort of supporting structure at hand - falling is to be avoided at all costs.

  1. This seems to be a researched work. It is pretty informative. I would just like to add some information regarding the heart disease. The respiratory system is the anatomical system of an organism that introduces respiratory gases to the interior and performs gas exchange. Molecules of oxygen and carbon dioxide are passively exchanged, by diffusion, between the gaseous external environment and the blood. This exchange process occurs in the alveolar region of the lungs. I hope it complements the information given above.
