This time the exercising is relatively painless and who doesn't want that! It provides very useful tips for exercising in water...and you don't even have to be able to swim! Really, nobody hates exercise more than me but even I have to admit that this takes the strain out of the whole process and can actually be enjoyable because you can feel the benefits as your body works out in water. Come back to beginning position.

Resistance Water Exercise for Neuropathy 


 Using a kickboard.  Neuropathy requires resistance training for its cure and exercise using kickboard provides you the exact suitable workout for this purpose.
